At Falconer’s Hill infant school, we are proud of our inclusive curriculum. Throughout the school, we make use of Widgit communication symbols. The symbols support text and enable all children to access learning and recognise key vocabulary whilst also reducing cognitive overload. You will see the symbols in every classroom, children’s books and as word banks to support reading and writing for all children in all subject areas.
